What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so that we can take payment, deliver your furniture and contact you about the order. We keep a record of what you bought so we can handle returns and warranty claims.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

Marketing

We only send marketing email if you have asked us to. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops them immediately.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond.
