You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.

What we can take back

Furniture in its original condition, unused and with its packaging where possible. Mattresses can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.

Made-to-order pieces

Items made or upholstered to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty, because we cannot resell them.

How to return something

Contact us with your order number and we will arrange collection. Large items are collected rather than posted.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method once the item is back with us and checked.
